I have no idea how it works, but I can't think of any other reason why I would receive, for example, this: "I will like to place an ADVERT on your newspaper. So here is the information i will like to run below. And i want you to quote me for 4 weeks. Brand new 3 BR 2 Bath town home. This is 2 story row house with single attached garage, 5 appliance included. Rent includes condo fee which covers snow removal and external maintenance. Tenant is to pay utilities. Available immediately. Rent: $1350.00 (Monthly) Deposit: $1350.00 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Date Available: Available Now ============= Contact: Andrew Samantha Contact Email: andrew.samantha998@gmail.com ============= Hope to read from you again.
